By Booking a reading with Psychic Gillian, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. You must be at least 18 years of age to participate in a reading with Psychic Gillian.

2. Psychic Gillian reserves the right to terminate the reading at any time if:

         ~She feels a connection with a client has not been achieved.

         ~She feels that the client is not psychologically responding positively and to carry on could cause harm to client.

          ~If the client shows any aggressive or confrontational attitude.

3. No fee will be paid if Psychic Gillian terminates a reading.

4. All information provided by Psychic Gillian, is with the understanding that nothing is 100%. It is understood that you have free will to change your path and outcomes.

5. The client will take full responsibility, being of sound mind, for accepting or not accepting any guidance given, predictions and/or spiritual communication.

6.   Any information, communication and/or consultations with Psychic Gillian are for educational, spiritual and entertainment purposes only.

7. No psychic reading given by Psychic Gillian is intended to, nor should it ever take the place of professional services including but not limited to: medical, legal, financial, business and/or psychological.

8. Psychic Gillian accepts no liability and/or responsibility for any actions and/or decisions any client chooses to take or make based on his/her consultation with Psychic Gillian.

9. You agree to absolutely indemnify and hold harmless Psychic Gillian, her heirs, relatives, agents or assignees in perpetuity and throughout all known and unknown universes.

10. Readings are non-refundable. However, if a client does not feel a connection, they may terminate the reading for a full refund within 15 minutes of the start of the reading. 

11.  Bookings may be rescheduled or cancelled up to 48 hours prior to a session for a full refund. If you miss your allocated time slot, Gillian reserves the right to refuse a refund. If Gillian cancels a reading due to illness or unforseen circumstances, she will offer an alternative time slot for the reading or a full refund.

12. This website and the services offered herein are not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health care provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or treatment and before undertaking a new health care regimen, and never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read on this website, or that was conveyed in a reading.

13. By choosing to undertake a reading, you agree that you fully understand and of your own free will, choose to enter into this legal and binding disclaimer and terms of service agreement.

14. This website is provided on an "as is, as available" basis to the user. "You" use the website entirely at your own risk, and Psychic Gillian cannot be held responsible for any loss of data while using this website nor can she be held responsible for any consequential loss of data, or for any losses occurring through the transmission of a "virus" or a "worm".

15. The "User" acknowledges that the information, data, images, sounds, illustrations and other materials on the website are copyrighted works of Psychic Gillian and/or various third party providers. Reproduction or storage of information or works retrieved from this website, in all forms, by media or technologies now existing or hereafter developed, is forbidden without the express permission of Psychic Gillian. 

16. Psychic Gillian's payment processes are fully secured using a 128-bit encryption payment gateway provided by Square.
